These services are aimed at protecting your details when ordering online by ensuring that your card is not being used by anyone else. If the card you are using for payment qualifies for one of these services you will automatically be taken to a page hosted by your card issuer. The hosted page is completely secure and the information provided is only visible to you and your card issuer. This information provided will never be shared with 3rd parties.
If you have never used these services before you will need to register securely and create a password by following the on-screen instructions on the hosted page from the card issuer. The password you create is not the same as the PIN number you have for your card and for added security we recommend that you do not use your PIN. You will be able to use the password created when shopping at ilumos.com or any other website that participates with these services to identify yourself and your card. It is the equivalent to Chip and PIN which is used in stores. Once registered or verified you will be able to complete your order.
